Days 1 & 2 of SENIOR MEETINGS

What is there to say about sr meetings? Well for starters, it has to be one of the biggest wastes of time. I dont mind that we get to miss class and sit around with our friends for 3 hours. But i would still rather be able to stay home. I seriously think the only reason that we have these meetings is because they have nothing better to do with us. All of the important things that we need to know or get could easily be done in one day. But since they dont know what to do with us, we have to sit through them wasting time. The first day they handed out these booklets about graduation, grad night, and all that fun stuff. You would think that since we are SENIORS IN HIGH SCHOOL, we could handle reading it on our own. But no, they had to fill an hour, so they read it to us. I forget that they treat us like 5 year olds. But we did have some fun. Kristin, Brittany, Me, Justin, Michael, Jordan, Jena, and Klaire spent the majority of the time drawing funny pictures for each other on the back of papers that they would pass out. And yes, we would have to turn them back in. So on our ballets for things, and surveys there would be some very interesting pictures for them to see. HA! it was pretty funny. We were also finished and hour early both days which ment that we got to have a two hour lunch two days in a row. Today we got to go to Red Robin. We also got our invitations and announcements that we ordered. It was exciting because it is starting to finally set in and feel more real that i am graduating in a month. IM SO EXCITED!!!

update on how many days of school left: 22 DAYS!!!!!!!! (i wouldnt forget to tell you all)

27 MORE DAYS OF SCHOOL

SO i decided that i would keep the count down going every time that i updated my bolg. It makes me happy each time that it gets smaller and smaller. Although i know it is going to go by fast, it still seems too long for me. But i am excited for the SR meetings over the next couple of weeks that we are going to have while the underclassmen take their star testing (haha) . This means two very exciting things: (1) No real school for three days (2) we are that much closer to all the fun SR stuff like grad night. I CANT WAIT FOR GRAD NIGHT! IT is going to be a lot of fun. Although going to a place that will be packed with teenagers is not exactly my idea of fun, it will be fun being able to go with my friends. It will also be some what sad since it will be one of the last things i do with some of the friends i have now. But to be honest all the people i would truely miss im going to remain friends with. SO i guess it is not that sad.

SpRinG BREAK

I am so sad that spring break is over. I really enjoyed mine this year. It was my goal to do something amazing everyday, and i was able to accomplish my goal. Even if most peole wouldnt think what i did was amazing, it was to me. The best part had to be my trip to SANTA CRUZ with Justin and Jena. We drove (by our selves...i know, we are big kids now) to santa cruz and spent most of the day at the board walk. We road my favorite ride of all time THE GIANT DIPPER!!!! we also rode on some other really fun ones there. I even beat justin on the ghost ride. We took some good pictures. The one of us on Giant Dipper is hilarious. But i got a parking citation for letting the metor run up, that wasnt so fun. After the board walk we drove to Capitola (with no directions, all on our own). There, we ate at my favorite pizza place Pizza My Heart on the beach. Then looked around at the shops, and headed home (and once again, found our way home on our own) It was a great day, and we had a blast.
Now i get to look forward to only 32 MORE DAYS OF SCHOOL!!!
